Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager/VP Customers in defining and implementing customer account strategies
- Use the account management process to integrate all aspects of the Rolls-Royce relationship with customers, and direct resources to support the attainment of the account
- Use the Customer Hub to drive account management discipline
- Support the Account Manager/VP Customers in contract and account administration
- Support the Account Manager/VP Customers in generating revenue & cash plans as well as the management of cash and profit opportunities, and threat mitigation
- Help to co-ordinate sales and transitions targets
- Support the account team in building customer relationships
- Keep assigned customers informed and represent their needs and views within Rolls-Royce
- Help to foster new airline relationships and help to grow the Rolls-Royce customer base in your region
- Manage and deliver the financial plan for your assigned customers
- Manage any debt or payment matters for your assigned customers
- Support achievement of Customer Satisfaction and NPS targets for your assigned customers
Requirements
- Degree in a technical or numerate discipline, or strong relevant experience
- Self-motivated with an ability to work in a multifunctional and multicultural environment
- Planning and programme management experience
- Confident influencing and communication skills with key customer focus
- Broad knowledge of a Customer and Services organisation is desirable
- Having worked within an aerospace or aviation industry would be an advantage
- Proficient IT skills, fluent across Microsoft Office suite
