Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the commercial owner and first point of contact for key mining customers, coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring adherence to RRPS governance
  • Lead regular customer engagement including monthly/quarterly reviews, operational performance discussions, and tender pipeline updates
  • Lead and support SSCs and distributors in costing, commercial offer preparation, contract negotiation, and execution setup
  • Analyse mining market data to drive regional strategy and support product launches and market development activities
  • Ensure timely registration and updates of mining projects in CEC reporting and provide accurate pipeline and commercial reporting to internal leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in industrial or heavy equipment environments, preferably mining
  • Proven track record delivering revenue targets across service sales and/or OE sales in complex customer environments
  • Strong experience in key account management, long‑cycle sales, tendering and solution selling
  • Experience engaging with customers in remote, high‑demand operational environments such as mine sites
  • Experience covering APAC regional sales (Indonesia, Australia, India or broader APAC exposure)
  • Strong capability in commercial offer development, costing logic, and negotiation
  • Ability to assess and manage commercial risk and obtain stakeholder approvals (controlling, legal, export control)
  • Excellent coordination across internal functions to drive end‑to‑end execution readiness
  • Strong planning capability for parts, rebuild, tooling/labour, and swing engine setup support
  • High ownership mindset with proactive, structured management of customer issues
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and cultures
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
