- Exposure to governmental customers or agencies is advantageous
- Strong track record in customer relationship management, revenue delivery, and service sales performance
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage quotations and revenue targets
- Good understanding of route‑to‑market strategies and distributor sales models
