Key Responsibilities
- Support experimentation, data analysis, and baseline health metrics for defect detection.
- Drive systematic and random defect improvement through partnership with R&D and High Volume Manufacturing.
- Write or modify equipment recipes to support the needs of the RDA area.
- Perform basic and advanced recoveries on down tools for assigned workstations.
- Apply scripting or coding to monitor the performance and capabilities of inspection data.
- Collect and analyze tool/process data to suggest improvements in performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field.
- Strong interest in X-ray inspection technology (XRD), Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (SAM), and proficiency in SEM imaging/interpretation for defect identification.
- Technical experience with RDA inspection tools such as DF/BF/CIRCL/SEM/XRD/SAM.
- Ability to set up RDA equipment, monitor stability, and improve capability.
- Proven ability in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for vendor and team interactions.
