Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing operations through real-time problem analysis and immediate solution implementation.
- Ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow to achieve high quality, high yield, and low cost production targets.

- Ensure all processes are documented with clearly defined procedures in the system.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor process engineering.
- Proven ability to work proactively and independently under stressful conditions.
- Strong communication and technical reporting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technical issues quickly.
- Proficiency in engineering data analysis.
- Strong multitasking ability.
