Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing operations through real-time problem analysis and immediate solution implementation.
  • Ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow to achieve high quality, high yield, and low cost production targets.
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting for equipment failures, eSTAR/FDC alarms, and SPC violations.
  • Manage and monitor equipment performance using Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Analyze and follow up on reported fab yields and D0 problems with engineers.
  • Assist in maintaining process quality and supporting process standardization during product/process industrialization.
  • Ensure all processes are documented with clearly defined procedures in the system.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor process engineering.
  • Proven ability to work proactively and independently under stressful conditions.
  • Strong communication and technical reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technical issues quickly.
  • Proficiency in engineering data analysis.
  • Strong multitasking ability.
