Key Responsibilities
- Monitor tool performance and equipment health on a daily basis.
- Schedule and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned tool sets.

- Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to enhance equipment reliability and utilization.
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to Statistical Process Control (SPC) data daily, taking action on out-of-control conditions.
- Accurately document all maintenance activities using established check sheets and tracking systems.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) projects to enhance workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field), or equivalent relevant working experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including night shifts.
- Adherence to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn in a manufacturing environment.
