Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy systems in both public and private cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain cloud solutions including server, storage, and network infrastructure according to best practices.
- Involve in the installation, configuration, and upgrade of IT infrastructure during project implementation.
- Support projects according to technical design specifications, tracking change requests and assisting with procurement processes.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and document comprehensive solutions.
- Prepare technical documents, user guides, and assist with user acceptance testing and document sign-off.
- Regularly review existing systems and recommend improvements to workflow, process, and technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Computer/Information Science.
- 2+ years of experience implementing and managing cloud environments (Azure / AWS).
- 2+ years of operations and administration experience in an Enterprise/virtualized data centre.
- Understanding of operating systems including Windows Server (2008-2019) and Red Hat/CentOS Linux.
- Familiarity with infrastructure services such as DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSL, and SSH.
- Ability to work effectively in a team while also being able to work independently under pressure.
