Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team across shifts to meet production KPIs, daily uptime targets, and corporate goals.

- Oversee the execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities across all shifts according to schedule.
- Develop On-the-Job (OJT) training programs and mentor team members on job performance.
- Source alternatives for obsoleted parts and execute necessary changes through formal change control.
Requirements
- Expert understanding of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, and Pneumatic diagrams.
- Proven ability to ensure compliance with cGMP, Quality, and safety instructions at all times.
- High level of discipline, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in noisy and chemical environments with appropriate PPE.
- Must be able to differentiate between various colored components/chemicals visually during operation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a positive sense of urgency.
- Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (monthly rotations between day and night shifts).
