Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical root cause analysis and incident investigations for manufacturing equipment issues.
- Develop solutions to restore and sustain optimal functionality of complex manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Lead and mentor team members to meet production KPIs and corporate goals, providing technical support to the shift.
- Drive improvement initiatives across areas, coaching team members on continuous improvement processes like 6S.
- Develop work instructions for various types of manufacturing equipment.
- Serve as a role model and mentor to Technicians and Junior Engineers on maintenance activities and troubleshooting.
- Participate in the design of automation equipment to enhance product quality, cycle time, and cost.
- Collect and analyze operational data to provide strategic insights that optimize equipment reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven ability to maintain and repair complex smart manufacturing equipment.
- Experience in a GMP controlled manufacturing/production environment is required.
- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
- 10+ years of working experience in a manufacturing/production environment (with Diploma).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics (preferred for experience scaling).
- Ability to execute tasks strictly following cGMP, Quality, Safety, and Work instruction requirements.
