Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and change orders to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Coordinate with Planning and Manufacturing to support demand fulfillment and inventory optimization.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and cost drivers across materials and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data to support decision-making regarding supply chain health.
- Perform demand, inventory, and supply planning analysis to improve forecast accuracy and inventory levels.
- Manage supplier relationships for direct materials, monitoring performance using KPIs and scorecards.
- Conduct root cause analysis on supply disruptions, shortages, and excess inventory.
- Partner with Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Operations to align procurement activities with broader business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or analytics-related roles.
- Proficiency in data tools including Excel and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Ariba.
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data interpretation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders using data-driven insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex analysis clearly.
