Key Responsibilities
- Drive improvements to all existing and future Fab 10 Facilities Operations programs, coordinating with all Facilities system owners from all sites in Fab 10
- Lead Post Incident Review (PIR) processes to prevent facilities supply interruptions and ensure smooth execution of critical work through the Site Incident Prevention Plan (SIPP)
- Spearhead labor productivity improvement projects within Fab 10 Facilities Operations, leveraging business process improvement and automation in daily operations.
- Represent Fab 10 Facilities as Area Quality Coordinator (AQC), leading quality improvement programs including problem-solving and human deviation reduction.
- Represent Fab 10 in Global Facilities AQC and Operational forums to manage, lead, and facilitate all Global Facilities operations and quality programs.
- Perform Shift Lead duties, including leading a team of technicians on compressed shift.
- Monitor and manage facilities equipment's and systems through FMCS or equivalent, like Life Safety System.
- Respond swiftly to out-of-specification or abnormal conditions affecting production or the site in general, and restore services in a timely manner.
- Support and implement operating procedures and risk assessments for all facilities systems and facilities-related work activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science
- Familiarity with data analytics/automation software such as Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Python, SharePoint, Power BI, SQL is required
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
- Ability to respond swiftly to abnormal conditions affecting production or the site
