Key Responsibilities
- Support payroll operations, including administrative tasks and coordination related to Projects.
- Review and reconcile payroll output files, ensuring payments and reports are accurate per company policies and local statutory/tax requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR operation, C&B, Global mobility) to manage payroll processes, escalations, and resolve employee queries.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing daily responsibilities to support overall payroll operations and provide quality customer service.
- Prepare and support internal and external payroll audits.
- Collaborate with the Global team on employees’ equity (RSU, ESPP) grants, vesting, and related documentation requirements.
- Manage and support payroll or employee equity-related EDB audit requests by preparing reconciliations, accurate data, simulations, and payroll reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in payroll operation.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized in work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
