Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of IT engineering resources to deliver smooth IT operations meeting client service level expectations.
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients, handling monthly reporting and incident escalation processes.
- Lead projects involving technical design, effort sizing, implementation planning, and developing business cases for client chargebacks.
- Manage change enhancement projects and additional deployment requirements requested by the client.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant work experience.
- Minimum 8-10 years of IT operations management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience within a Public Sector environment.
- Strong background in managing change deployment and day-to-day operations across Data Center Operations, Wired/Wireless network, Firewalls, and Server domains.
- Proven experience working within the Singapore public sector whole-of-government environment.
- Effective interpersonal, written English, and presentation skills are required.
