Key Responsibilities

  • Partner across internal organizations (sales, finance, service delivery, business partners) to lead all elements of the services sales cycle.
  • Define and manage long-term strategy and forecasting by consistently tracking key sales metrics using Microsoft Dynamics and other reporting tools.
  • Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales goals.

  • Build C-level relationships with customers, serving as a trusted consultant on their business and IT challenges.
  • Understand customer business needs to position appropriate Lenovo solutions, including Services, Hardware, Software, Security, ISVs, and 3rd Party Services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 8+ years of successful solutions and services sales experience.
  • Proven experience as an IT Services Solutions provider selling multi-year managed services solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace Solutions and Device as a Service (DaaS).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
