Key Responsibilities
- Partner across internal organizations (sales, finance, service delivery, business partners) to lead all elements of the services sales cycle.
- Define and manage long-term strategy and forecasting by consistently tracking key sales metrics using Microsoft Dynamics and other reporting tools.
- Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Collaborate with the Client Manager to develop and execute account plans and customer engagement strategies for dedicated territories.
- Build C-level relationships with customers, serving as a trusted consultant on their business and IT challenges.
- Understand customer business needs to position appropriate Lenovo solutions, including Services, Hardware, Software, Security, ISVs, and 3rd Party Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional work experience.
- 8+ years of successful solutions and services sales experience.
- Proven experience as an IT Services Solutions provider selling multi-year managed services solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace Solutions and Device as a Service (DaaS).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
