Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day finance leadership for FP&A and business partnership for country’s operating teams to drive business while also optimizing commercial performance
  • Collaborate with commercial business partners, country and regional division finance teams to ensure key deliverables and timelines for business reviews / submissions are met
  • Build templates to facilitate efficient and effective planning, reconciliation and reviews
  • Understand the business, track and analyse monthly forecasts vs actuals for backlog, bookings and revenue by accounts, market segments or business units
  • Communicate key risks and opportunities, identify corrective actions and partner with commercial business partners to meet/exceed growth targets
  • Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR), annual operating plan (AOP) and long range strategic plan (STRAP) in a matrixed environment
  • Support pricing and commercial terms analysis for new and existing businesses
  • Use Hyperion Planning for loading of forecast and planning financial numbers, where applicable
  • Continuously establish, update, improve and implement compliance-related internal control system and SOPs
  • Provide support to tax, internal and external audits where applicable in nominal scenarios

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of progressive experience in commercial finance or FP&A
  • At least 6 years of experience in a large global company
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, hands-on and meticulous
  • Good personal efficiency to prioritize or initiate escalation where needed
  • Keen learner with an inquisitive mind, good commercial sense and comfortable handling ambiguity at times
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with good interpersonal skills / ability to influence across divisions and functions
  • Able to work under pressure, in a complex matrix environment
  • Able to handle highly critical information with absolute confidentiality and integrity
  • Applied knowledge of various reporting systems (e.g. Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning) would be an advantage
  • Applied knowledge of business and AI tools (e.g. SFDC, Power BI, Robotic Process Automation, ChatGPT) would be an advantage
