Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP and GM to define and implement regional strategy and the growth agenda

Requirements
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to assess deal structures
- Proven strategic thinking capability and ability to translate strategy into execution
- Strong experience in M&A, partnerships, or corporate development with exposure to deal structuring
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence across a matrixed organization
- Strongly structured and analytical with a results-oriented mindset
- Highly proficient in creating robust presentation materials
- Exceptional executive communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Proven ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Financial modelling experience is preferred
- Deep understanding of the industry and market position is an added advantage
