Requirements

- Knowledge of FDA, ISO and cGMP regulatory requirements in procurement.
- Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems including SAP, JD Edwards, or Oracle.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and demonstrated success in delivering cost savings.
- Experience with supplier relationship management and performance metrics tracking.
- Demonstrated project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain optimization techniques.
- Experience with new product introduction and change management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
