Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Receiving operations, ensuring timely completion of receipts for all incoming shipments and resolving operational issues promptly.

  • Develop and implement workflows, operating procedures, and maintain comprehensive documentation controls for all warehouse processes.

  • Manage ASRS operations to ensure optimal performance and uptime, including optimizing storage configurations and retrieval processes.
  • Supervise, train, and coach warehouse staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Act as the site-level point of contact for process activities, hosting business process reviews and deploying standard methods.
  • Ensure all material disposition complies with Intellectual Property (IP) protection requirements and monitor cold storage compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (Preferable)
  • Proven ability to drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience managing complex warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and issuance.
  • Proficiency in maintaining high inventory accuracy (KPIs).
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and warehouse policies.
  • Ability to collaborate with IT and engineering teams on system upgrades and troubleshooting.
