Requirements
- Advanced degree with 6+ years of experience, or bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/clinical research project management
- Preferred fields of study: business, operations management, supply chain, or science-related field
- Project Management certification (PMP) preferred
- 3+ years leadership experience managing teams
- Expertise in clinical service management and complex clinical trial operations
- Strong understanding of GMP environment and regulatory requirements
- Advanced knowledge of clinical supply chain processes and systems
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Salesforce, GPMS, TrackWise)
- Excellence in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Relationship building and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Travel up to 25% of time may be required
