Key Responsibilities
- Work with business and technology teams to gather and understand requirements for data and AI projects
- Analyse processes and data, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvements
- Assist with testing new solutions and resolving issues during development or rollout
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to data and AI analytics
- Work directly with various stakeholders across multiple geographies, such as Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technology, and Digital teams to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
- Ensure risks and issues are identified and managed closely and remove project delivery blockers
- Drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
- Contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, IT, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, ideally in banking or financial services
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data management, governance, and quality assurance practices
- Proactive, positive attitude, with willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
- Knowledge of Wealth Management and related business flows and project delivery experience will be an advantage
