[LPS] SolarWinds Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administration tasks of monitoring tools.
• Execute periodic version upgrades of monitoring tools and address vulnerabilities with the Security team monthly.
• Facilitate investigations into complex technical issues, including vendor coordination until closure and providing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Monitor instructions received or sent via internal monitoring systems.
• Perform health checks, system connectivity verification, consistency checks, and data integrity validation.
• Conduct post-validation tasks following monthly server patching.
• Collaborate with Server/Network/DB teams to onboard and configure devices in monitoring, APM, and Patch management systems.
• Create custom reports and dashboards in monitoring tools based on requirements.
• Configure custom alerts and actions as per requirements.
• Perform monthly automated patching for customer environments.
• Generate custom reports in the Log management System based on Security team requirements.
