Key Responsibilities
- Generate production plan and execution strategy to meet Output plan, On Time Delivery (OTD), Cycle Time, and Day Of Inventory (DIO) metrics.
- Analyze daily production operations and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues impacting customer delivery schedules.
- Create and implement integrated systems for materials flow, production processes, inventory control, and human work factors.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve Best In Class performance in Cycle Time and Delivery.
- Serve as the manufacturing primary point of contact for In-line Planning and Production Control activities.
- Forecast production logistics, direct, and indirect materials to ensure readiness for the weekly output plan.
- Review resource inventory levels to meet fluctuations in supply requirements and identify bottleneck areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
- Must be willing to work non-standard hours (e.g., compressed, 12-hour night shifts).
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating across all organizational levels.
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry is preferred.
