Key Responsibilities
- Lead chemical system design for construction projects, incorporating critical operational and maintenance needs.
- Technically lead a global cross-functional team focused on achieving operational excellence with site chemical systems engineers.
- Drive improvement in utility quality through variation reduction using Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Drive alignment on common methodologies including SPC, conformance, SIPP’s, MOC, and 8D problem-solving across the network.
- Identify and deploy cost reduction efforts while optimizing and reducing energy usage for Gas systems globally.
- Assess and ensure effective predictive maintenance programs, procedures, and checklists across the network.
- Analyze and benchmark equipment performance to drive Best-In-Class approaches across the network.
- Review site sustaining capital requests in collaboration with construction/engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 8 years of Facilities Gas system engineering experience required.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience within the semiconductor industry.
- Excellent analytical and strong decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems across multi-functional and multi-cultural groups.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through challenging deadlines and goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
