Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and/or perform breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and calibration activities for production equipment to ensure continuous operations.
- Conduct necessary equipment and tool setup in molding machines to meet production requirements and ensure optimal performance.
- Perform process or equipment troubleshooting and assist the engineering team with validation activities to resolve operational issues.
- Accurately document and record all maintenance and calibration activities for production equipment, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Adhere to standard maintenance and operating procedures, GMP, 5S practices, and Health and Safety policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adapting maintenance methods and schedules for efficiency gains.
- Support other departments in the timely installation and maintenance of new projects and equipment.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and devices.
- Ability to read and interpret electromechanical drawings.
- Proven experience in performing preventative maintenance activities on equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams.
- Solid understanding of computer systems, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive self-management with commitment to high standards, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
- Flexibility to work within a varied schedule based on production needs.
