Key Responsibilities

- Maintain sustainable manufacturing equipment to achieve targeted performance index
- Drive permanent solutions to resolve equipment issues
- Drive/contribute in improvement projects on equipment up time, OEE, spare parts and costs
- Drive/contribute in cost reduction, weed out unwarranted expenses/wastages and improve equipment performance
- Drive/contribute in equipment fault investigations and continuous improvement programs to resolve chronic equipment issues, and institute permanent resolutions to assure product quality and enhance process robustness
- Enforce on equipment maintenance controls and execution to conform to work instructions and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge in semiconductor process technology
- Possess strong technical competencies in his field of study
- Good knowledge of statistical and quality tools
- Able to work under pressure and with strong commitment at work
- Experience with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel and Word
- Relevant knowledge of wafer fab manufacturing processes and equipment
- Good communications and interpersonal skills, and good team player
- Systematic troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Application of quality and SPC tools at work
- Dynamic, resourceful, creative, innovative and self-driven
- A strong analytical mind and able to organize works to identify the root cause of problems
- Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines
