Key Responsibilities
- Execute tasks strictly following cGMP, Quality, Safety, and Work instruction requirements.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities on basic smart manufacturing equipment with supervision.
- Implement repair procedures to ensure correct operation of equipment and systems with some supervision.
- Lead investigation into incidents, submitting formal reports under supervision.
- Assist and provide technical support to the shift to meet daily production targets and KPIs with guidance.
- Manage work instructions for each Equipment maintenance process to ensure consistent performance.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes to improve product quality, cycle time, and cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with 0-2 years of manufacturing/production experience.
- Diploma in relevant engineering fields with 6+ years of manufacturing/production experience (or equivalent qualifications).
- Experience in a GMP controlled manufacturing/production environment is required.
- Advanced understanding of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, and Pneumatic systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot PLC systems (e.g., Beckhoff or Allen Bradley).
- Commitment to compliance with cGMP, Quality, and safety instructions at all times.
- High level of discipline, integrity, and ability to undertake multiple tasks.
