Key Responsibilities
- Man or drive the Passenger Vehicle (PV) according to duty roster plan and supervisor assignment.

- Handle and process various passenger transactions, including problem cards and upgrades.
- Ensure passenger safety and take immediate remedial action regarding issues like overcrowding.
- Assist passengers with travel inquiries, ticketing issues, and directions within the system.
- Support Station Managers with administrative duties such as maintaining logbooks, station files, and circulars.
- Ensure the proper opening and closing of the station according to the timetable.
- Manage all train and station incidents and emergencies, including accidents, assaults, or equipment faults.
- Support day-to-day station operations, including preparing the station for service and monitoring commuter flow during peak hours.
Requirements
- NITEC/Higher NITEC with an Engineering background.
- Ability to work on three rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT).
- Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in another official language is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under stress and pressure.
