Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and improve smart control solutions for optimum manufacturing performance.
- Conduct intensive data analysis and modeling to identify process variation sources and translate findings into control solutions.
- Provide technical advice and support for process control implementation across manufacturing lines.
- Support the Key Equipment Group (KEG) team in Classification, Characterization, and Categorization, including defining Data Collection Requirements.
- Define Analysis and setup Requirements, Setup Limits, and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAP) for periodic review.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating across all organizational levels.
- Experience in process development and optimization to improve product quality and reliability.
- Proficiency in applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, SPC/FDC methodologies.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve assembly process-related problems.
- Experience in cost reduction, productivity improvement, and risk management within a manufacturing environment.
