Key Responsibilities

Sales Opportunity Pursuit: Work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver technical solutions that address customers' pain points and support business opportunities.
Pre-Sales Leadership: Lead and actively participate in pre-sales activities with panel builder partners, consultants, and end users. This includes research, technical presentations and demonstrations, proposal preparation, solution optimisation, and defining high-level system architectures for strategic and targeted accounts.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, including product selection, specification compliance, electrical discrimination studies, and fault current calculations.
Post-Sales Support: Deliver technical expertise during installation, testing, and commissioning phases through root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and on-site support when required.
Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct product knowledge sharing sessions and technical training for both external stakeholders and internal teams.

Requirements

Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering degree
2-3 years of customer interaction and on-site engineering exposure
Proficient in spoken and written English
Strong communication skills for both customer-facing and internal interactions
Ability to translate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
