Key Responsibilities
- Support the Quality team in diverse projects to improve the processes: Implementation of new technologies/automatization, Lean office
- Report KPIs and build action plan for its improvement
- Support with the stock management and contact with suppliers for optimization on deliveries
- Lead projects to improve processes within the Distribution Center
- Assist in the deployment of standard process in line with Schneider Performance System requirements
- Arrange the regular audit or review to identify gap
- Manage regular review of SPS action plan with defined stakeholders
- Assist in the deployment of new Smart DC initiatives
- Assist in the establishing of a system to monitor status of deployed Smart DC initiatives
- Lead a project from start to completion with defined goals and savings (if any)
Requirements
- Student of Industrial Engineer/Logistics/Administration or similar
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Applications
- Willingness to learn and to be a contributor to achieve zero defect
- Able to build dashboards using Tableau
- Able to build simple RPA bots Microsoft Power automate
- Project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Result-oriented, attention to details, proactive, dynamic, and effective individuals
