Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end planning, promotion and execution of marketing events.
- Support the team in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive demand generation for the business.
- Be involved in creating engaging marketing contents for thought leadership (You would get to put on your creative hat to have a say on the content plan – put your ideas into reality for our businesses and executive leadership team)
- Identify and optimize areas within current marketing workflows to boost efficiency which can shape the future of marketing.
- Support internal communications initiatives including townhall, employee communication sessions etc.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degrees in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics or related disciplines.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Digital savvy, creative, energetic, and passionate about communications and people engagement
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut) is a plus.
- Familiar with using AI Tools to prompt for solutions and exception handling, strong excel and Power Automate knowledge preferred.
