Key Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition business partners in working closely with hiring managers and delivering a seamless recruitment experience (discovery conversations, requisition management, screening candidates and gathering interview feedback)
- Provide proactive sourcing support to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Manage early career related hiring queries and needs when necessary

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's in Business / Marketing / Human Resources / similar
- Skills/Systems Knowledge: Communication and analytic skills, strong interest in talent acquisition, well-versed in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
