Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage projects/programs with Global & Site Facilities teams, including Management of Change (MOC), Calibration, Effective Problem Solving (EPS), Global Deviation Management System (GDMS), and Risk-Based Thinking (RBT) to enhance the 'Manage Facilities' QMS Business Process.
  • Lead and maintain Projects/Programs by defining scope, creating work breakdown structures, schedules, communication plans, and stakeholder analysis.
  • Organize project meetings, develop presentations/agendas/minutes, track action items, and proactively identify and resolve project risks.
  • Support the Global Facilities Quality Core Team meetings to drive alignment and continuous improvement for the Manage Facilities QMS BP.
  • Create and monitor metrics to measure, track, and drive continuous improvement of the Business Process.
  • Maintain the Central Governance repository platform to support the Manage Facilities QMS process and all Quality roadmap.
  • Lead Business Process improvement projects focused on Reliability and Cost to contribute to Effectiveness & Efficiency KPIs.
  • Manage external audits, including setup, coordination, and successful follow-up with the Global Facilities organization.
  • Enhance and drive a proactive process based on the internal audit program, tracking NC follow-up through close out.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional quality systems projects from initiation to completion.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement within a regulated environment.
  • Strong project management skills including scheduling, scope definition, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to manage documentation control (e.g., MOC, Deviation Management).
  • Experience in quality assurance or manufacturing environments is implied by the QMS focus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
