Key Responsibilities
- Drive quarterly S&OP exercises with OSATs for the assigned product portfolio.
- Book capacity and material requirements with Subcontractors.
- Drive and coordinate Control Tower reviews, including Demand & Availability Alignment calls.
- Review capacity saturation at OSAT for the assigned portfolio and provide spending projections based on analysis.
- Drive OSAT to support missing capacity and/or material shortages.
- Collaborate with Regional Operation Teams to synchronize Demand with Daily Execution.
- Work with Technical and quality teams for new equipment ramps.
- Gather Market intelligence regarding capacity availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with equivalent experience in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with PowerBI and large-scale data analysis.
- Technical knowledge of Semicon Packaging & Test (Planning, Process).
- Strong drive and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Accountable, consistent in problem-solving, and a team player with good negotiation skills.
- Good with numbers, attention to detail, and meticulous.
