Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily operations processes in accordance with established procedures and cGMP standards
  • Plan and deploy core operational activities, new projects, and ad-hoc tasks
  • Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, EH&S standards, and international trade regulations
  • Authorize and maintain written procedures and related documentation, including revisions and amendments
  • Ensure approved instructions related to operations are clearly communicated and strictly implemented
  • Raise and investigate non-conformances/deviations in Global TrackWise and ensure timely closure
  • Ensure sufficient manpower, resources, and flexibility to support daily operations and volume fluctuations
  • Drive safety, efficiency, productivity, on-time delivery (OTD), and quality performance
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and support employee development
  • Promote a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Support Operations Manager and General Manager in task delegation and operational alignment
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate material movement

Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or operations
  • Preferably in a clinical trials, pharmaceutical, or controlled temperature environment
  • At least 1 year of people management or supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of cGMP, EH&S, and quality systems
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment
