Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing programs across the Asia Pacific Region, including key markets like Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea, India, Hong Kong, SEA, and ANZ.
- Serve as a key contributor to the execution of regional marketing programs, focusing on core markets and contributing to the growth of the CRM franchise in APAC.
- Conduct market research to inform product development, pricing strategies, new product launches, and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze APAC market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify actionable market opportunities.
- Monitor product performance, market share, and customer feedback to generate new product ideas and drive service improvements.
- Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts for the region and adapt plans to improve product service sales performance.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, supply chain, and demand planning to implement necessary product/service changes.
- Design sales campaigns and collateral in collaboration with advertising and promotions specialists, and organize events/congresses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the medical devices industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business is essential.
- Proven experience building and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong market analysis skills, including understanding reimbursement policies in the region.
- Highly strategic and analytical problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
