Key Responsibilities
- Increase coverage & reach by Geography & Segment
- Enroll new Partners when/where relevant

- Conduct on-boarding & training for new Services Channel Sales
- Promote Services offers to relevant Channel Sales from main Divisions
- Deploy new Partner programs with support of Global Services like EcoXpert
- AI Champion: collaborate with stakeholders across the countries to drive Services AI initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor / Master's degree; either Business or Engineering
- 10+ years sales/marketing experience (Greenfield, Services, Consulting)
- Strong knowledge of Channel Partners / End-User business
- Familiarity with Schneider Electric Products and Services
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and build customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools
- Excellent organizational skills
- Matrix management and collaboration skills
- Ability to connect & drive countries across East Asia; multi-cultural exposure
- Ability to leverage technology for communication and managing own performance
