Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate new data solutions and methodologies to identify process, test, and design improvement opportunities, specializing in UE_ROW & all quality index, Front End-PTS integration, and high-value-bits (PG2+) yield.
  • Model, monitor, and aim for tool performance benchmarking across processes.
  • Drive process equipment prognostics and process integration optimization.
  • Identify test optimization opportunities to improve high product grade yield.
  • Collaborate with Site Process & Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing (MFG), Product Integration Engineering (PIE), and Data Science (DS) teams to establish feasibility, demonstrate business value, and prototype solutions.
  • Partner with Global Quality (GQ), Product Engineering (PE), Central PEE (CPEE), Smart Mfg Artificial Intelligent (SMAI), Technology Development (TD), and Suppliers to deliver end-to-end solutions and implement BKM development into production.

Requirements

  • PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with exposure to product integration, test solutions, product engineering, or circuit design engineering.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and control systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Y3, JMP, or Python.
  • Proven track record in decision-making, multitasking, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to exhibit critical thinking to find opportunities for improvement.
