Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the commercial strategy for Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) accounts, driving cross-business collaboration to meet customer and Schneider Electric objectives.
- Work with C&SP accounts to identify, understand, and define operational and growth requirements, proposing Schneider Electric solutions that enhance resilience, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Identify and influence key technical, operational, commercial, and executive stakeholders across the C&SP decision-making ecosystem.
- Collaborate with all Lines of Business, Sales, Marketing, Technical, and global C&SP teams to ensure consistent regional and international alignment.
- Act as the single point of accountability for C&SP accounts, ensuring issues are owned, escalated, and resolved effectively.
- Utilize CRM tools to capture all activities and opportunities, ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and resourcing across complex C&SP project pipelines.
- Achieving commercial targets and managing impact on country P&Ls in coordination with country lead for different Bus.
- Structuring, reviewing, and organizing internal opportunities validations, escalation process and workflows for her/his team and APAC C&SP team (including SA) globally.
- Developing & deploying a strategy for Schneider Electric to drive profitable growth inside the region.
- Develop & maintain active long-term relationships with executive level decision makers and C-Suite within Target Account, supporting and leading the regional team to develop Account Plans and maximizing SE share of wallet within these accounts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated commercial success managing complex, multi-regional strategic accounts, ideally in cloud, datacenter, telecom, or digital infrastructure sectors.
- Strong experience in consultative and solution-based selling for mission-critical environments.
- Ability to build executive-level relationships across engineering, operations, procurement, sustainability, and leadership functions.
- Experience working with hyperscalers, colocation providers, telco cloud, or major digital infrastructure operators.
- Proven cross-functional leadership within a matrix organization across multiple countries and business units.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions for varied audiences.
