Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key liaison between Finance and construction teams across regional projects.
- Partner with the global team of regional Construction Controllers to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Attend construction project meetings to gather real-time views on progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Generate and maintain project dashboards covering construction cost, schedule, cashflow, and risk.
- Ensure accurate reporting of actuals and forecasts, evaluating and explaining variances to maintain financial transparency.
- Partner with construction teams to develop accurate baselines and forecasted costs for projects.
- Improve capital allocation processes compliance, including initial approvals and change management to maximize company value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Accounting, or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project controls or quantity surveying.
- Demonstrated financial management focus on construction (e.g., estimating, scheduling, cost control, earned value, risk management).
- Experience overseeing financial expenditure on large capital programs within manufacturing, semiconductor, or high-tech industries.
- Proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools with demonstrated use of AI Tools.
- Ability to ensure adherence to Micron construction processes across various jurisdictions.
