Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the key point of contact for supply execution with suppliers.
- Define and execute Materials Buy rules, owning PO management, order confirmation, rescheduling, and raw material liability.
- Develop and ensure demand service level attainment and safety stock targets are met, owning the Global WOS and supply allocation.
- Drive supply fungibility across the network and resolve all supply shortages.
- Publish forecasts to suppliers on a weekly basis.
- Manage supplier product/process End-of-Life (EOL) processes.
- Build and develop materials-specific supply execution strategies, including capacity planning for Materials and Key Raw Materials (Tier 1).
- Prepare and present forecasts, capacity status, and OTD/LTD metrics in supplier QBRs/ASE commercial meetings.
- Negotiate with suppliers on capacity and lead times, driving continuous improvement (BKM).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement, or Supply Chain.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving mindset and skills.
- Strong influencing, communication, and relationship management abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
