Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering, upgrade, and maintenance of UPW Plants, Industrial Wastewater Plant, Fluoride Waste Treatment Plants, and water/wastewater reclaim systems.

- Drive continual improvement programs focused on system Quality and Reliability to maximize uptime and minimize production impact.
- Ensure timely response to out-of-spec conditions or system interruptions that affect production, implementing follow-up improvement plans.
- Establish and manage area budgets, leading cost reduction programs for service contracts and maintenance activities.
- Lead all aspects of EHS compliance for the section, including promoting safety standards and managing incidents.
- Set goals, motivate the team, oversee employee development, and conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to support common goals and drive department-wide projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomolecular Engineering, or Environmental Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
- Ability to make decisions with minimal guidance while considering risks and potential gains.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel macro, Copilot, Azure, and Tableau.
