Key Responsibilities

  • Manage engineering, upgrade, and maintenance of UPW Plants, Industrial Wastewater Plant, Fluoride Waste Treatment Plants, and water/wastewater reclaim systems.

  • Lead all aspects of EHS compliance for the section, including promoting safety standards and managing incidents.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to support common goals and drive department-wide projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomolecular Engineering, or Environmental Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
  • Ability to make decisions with minimal guidance while considering risks and potential gains.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel macro, Copilot, Azure, and Tableau.
