Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or field service
- In-depth knowledge of vacuum systems, RF generators, and robotic handling systems
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Proven experience working in a cleanroom environment (ISO 5 / Class 100 or better)
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and wear full cleanroom attire
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for root-cause analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Maintenance Management Systems
