Key Responsibilities

Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.
Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designed channels.
Verify the implementation of solutions.

Requirements

Diploma in any engineering discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a high-volume, high-tech environment with good knowledge of production concept & technique.
Experience in managing operators and line leaders is a must.
Participated in OJT activities as trainer or in QCC activities – advantageous
Good analytical & resourceful – in identifying operation shortfalls to enhance operation efficiency & productivity level
Related industry knowledge (Smart card mfg) or semi-conductor industry knowledge – a plus.
Must be able to independently manage assigned shift operations.
Strong interpersonal, communication & influencing skills.
Possess initiative to handle improvement & upgrading activities.
