Key Responsibilities
- Trains’ strategy focus to all Trains Divisions.
- Guide Trains Divisions in drawing up Division work plans aligned with Trains’ strategic priorities.
- Coordinate with Corp Shared services and Trains Management to develop Trains Performance Scorecard.
- Monitor and report Trains performance to Trains Management and the Board.
- Prepare and consolidate data and presentations for internal and external key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational or management role.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and give presentations to all levels of staff and management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build excellent working relationships.
- High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Degree and/or professional certification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Management, Engineering, etc.).
