Key Responsibilities
- Drive process and device technology development to meet performance and reliability specifications through innovative experiments and thorough data analysis.
- Extract and analyze inline, probe, parametric, and reliability data for in-depth analysis.
- Drive cross-functional teams to address device/array deficiencies across design, process, and device teams.
- Collaborate with various teams (Product Engineers, TCAD team, Process Integration engineers) to improve project deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to global cell and management teams on project status, complex problems, actions taken, and timelines.
Requirements
- Masters in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in Process Integration, Memory, or CMOS device technology.
- Ability to understand NAND cell operation, reliability, and performance requirements while contributing to new product qualifications.
- Solid data analysis capability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet NAND cell requirements.
