Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing operations through real-time problem analysis and immediate implementation of effective solutions.
  • Ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow to deliver high quality, high yield, and low cost against committed production targets.
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting for equipment failures, eSTAR/FDC alarms, and SPC violations.

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant engineering field.
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in semiconductor process engineering.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work under stressful environments.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong engineering data analysis skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
