Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement construction cost objectives and cost control plans to achieve overall capital project cost targets.

Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in construction cost management, cost controls, quantity surveying, or capital project analytics, preferably within semiconductor or cleanroom environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management , or related field
- Experience with mega-capital projects , including construction, infrastructure procurement, and/or project controls
- Solid understanding of construction delivery models and contracting methods (GMP, lump sum, unit price, time & materials, etc.)
