Key Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable software systems in commercial business notebook.
- The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including software developers, FW developers, cross functional program managers, and commercial notebook System Team to create solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and deliver value to end-users.
- The role ensures the efficiency, reliability, and performance of commercial notebook software systems, firmware Systems through robust integration and validation.
- The role provides guidance to other team members on System Engineering across critical NPI and or Sustaining of commercial notebooks.
Requirements
- Drive strong governance and process discipline in timely execution, milestones adherence, tools (sharepoint), documentation, traceability, and process adherence.
- Represent software and firmware status in system team meetings and Collaborate with system managers, TPMs, and validation leads to align on qualification timelines, DCR/BCR processes, and platform readiness.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members. Education & Experience Recommended
- Graduate, Master or higher Degree in Computer Science, SW engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or any other related engineering discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
