Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and leads planning, design, implementation, communication and delivery of the company's supply chain network design and architecture initiatives across a large business group or region(s).
  • Develops business cases and financial models to support investment decisions in new markets, technologies, or partnerships; leads due diligence efforts for strategic partnerships or acquisitions related to supply chain and operations.
  • Process Re-engineering and Simplification : Lead initiatives to streamline and optimize business processes.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs and support mechanisms to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Develop innovative solutions to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Drives multi-year supply chain strategies and initiatives at the regional/global/business group level by exercising governance oversight in one or more areas (e.g., key policy decisions, resolution of high impact issues, etc.).
  • Education & Experience Recommended
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in strategy, consulting, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
  • Complex Problem Solving : Identify and address complex business challenges, using advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Story-telling and Executive Presentation skills : Create and deliver executive ready written and verbal communications.
