Key Responsibilities

Develops and leads planning, design, implementation, communication and delivery of the company's supply chain network design and architecture initiatives across a large business group or region(s).
Develops business cases and financial models to support investment decisions in new markets, technologies, or partnerships; leads due diligence efforts for strategic partnerships or acquisitions related to supply chain and operations.
Process Re-engineering and Simplification : Lead initiatives to streamline and optimize business processes.
Develop comprehensive training programs and support mechanisms to facilitate smooth transitions.
Develop innovative solutions to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and drive business growth.

Requirements

Drives multi-year supply chain strategies and initiatives at the regional/global/business group level by exercising governance oversight in one or more areas (e.g., key policy decisions, resolution of high impact issues, etc.).
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in strategy, consulting, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
Complex Problem Solving : Identify and address complex business challenges, using advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Story-telling and Executive Presentation skills : Create and deliver executive ready written and verbal communications.
